I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, meditating for more than 30 years. A certified yoga instructor, I teach several classes a week at local studios, often starting with the simplest yoga of all: breathing. 

"Straight spine, deep-breathing" is the secret sauce....the ultimate entry way to your greatest adventure, exploring the inside of your body and mind and a gateway to the divine. 

My work is all about expressing your deepest potential.

Recently, I've been writing SOULCANDY a substack and working on a book called WAKE UP TO LOVE: The Secret to Loving Your Self and Your Life, bringing the best of neuroscience, mindfulness and spirituality to deliver practical and profound ways that we can all live with greater inner peace, purpose and power.
